Terms and Conditions - Living in Touch Retreats

Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for both our guests and our business by sharing responsibilities and expenses that might arise due to unexpected cancellations.

While no one anticipates having to cancel their retreat, unforeseen circumstances can occur. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance and ask you to familiarise yourself with our cancellation terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Once the final balance has been paid, the entire retreat cost becomes non-refundable. In cases of exceptional circumstances, we encourage you to reach out to us directly.

  • Living in Touch reserves the right to cancel a retreat if participant numbers are insufficient. In such cases, all funds paid to us will be refunded in full, and we will notify you no later than two months before the scheduled retreat start date.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any reason, including adverse weather, injury, illness (including COVID-19), or personal emergencies.

  • Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals, early departures, failure to attend, or incomplete participation in the retreat.

  • To safeguard your investment, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations, as well as medical emergencies and other unforeseen disruptions.

Before arrival, you will receive an Injury, Dietary Requirements, and Waiver Form, which must be completed and returned to us prior to attending the retreat.

Full payment for the retreat is due by 19th July 2025, and a payment link will be sent out to facilitate this.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Booking with Living in Touch retreats requires you to obtain travel insurance. Your policy should cover trip cancellations, lost luggage, medical costs, and other potential disruptions. Many insurers offer cancellation protection, but please review the details to ensure your policy meets your needs.

Living in Touch accepts no liability for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate travel insurance and all required documentation, including visas and permits, for the destination where the retreat is held. We are not responsible for travel disruptions, including flight delays, immigration issues, or other travel-related problems.

Living in Touch is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the retreat or while travelling to and from the retreat venue.

PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND HEALTH CONCERNS

Participation in our retreat activities is entirely at your own risk. Living in Touch is not responsible for medical or psychological conditions that may arise during or after the retreat.

We will contact you before the retreat to confirm of any pre-existing medical conditions, treatments, surgeries, allergies, or intolerances that might affect your ability to participate in retreat activities. Certain activities may not be suitable depending on your health circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.
