We take 25-35,000 breaths a day and release 70% of our toxins through our breath. How many of those breaths can you remember consciously taking? 

The breath is the most effective and tangible way to drop into a deeper awareness of yourself and shift the state of your body, energy, mind and emotions.

By working on the common breath dysfunctions we can train ourselves to breath naturally in a more functional and effective way, and by learning conscious breathing exercises sourced from both Ancient Eastern practices and 21st Century Western medical science we can learn how to uplift, energise, relax, focus and bring our bodies back into homeostasis. We can not only change how we feel in that very moment but long term effect everything in our lives positively.

Each 1:1 coaching session varies to support you with your personal growth on your journey with the breath. With my guidance you will learn how to use structures and specific techniques safely and confidently in everyday situations. Leading to a more mindful, healthy and meaningful life.

GROUP SESSIONS AND WORKSHOPS

Informative, fun, powerful group sessions and workshops are a great way to discover the world of breathwork. I will take you on a journey to connect to your breath and guide you through different exercises which you can take away to use as tools in your daily life. Sessions include breathwork, relaxation, discussion, mediation and some mindful movement.

Classes available online via zoom or in person. Sessions include breathwork, relaxation, discussion, mediation and some mindful movement. Conscious breathwork exercises can be used to both energise and uplift energy as well as relax and calm the nervous system. Which, once understood, can be used as a tool to improve our physical and mental health, emotional wellbeing and performance in the workplace.
